A reliable broad-spectrum formula for aerobic bacteria, inlcuding those known as "slime formers". The sterile broth is clear and light amber in color. Positive tests are seen as gelatinous growth throughout the vial. Shelf life is at least 6 months if refrigerated. This broth will accept warm storage better than most others.

Normal salinity is 10,000 ppm as NaCl but this can be varied. Typical incubation time is 7 to 14 days. Standard packing is 288 bottles per case.
